Project Manager

Cristin O'LearyCristin O’Leary brings experience in philanthropy and government to her role as Project Manager.

Prior to joining Draper Consulting Group, Ms. O’Leary served as Grants Manager at Margery Tabankin & Associates, a political and philanthropic advisory firm for high net worth individuals and family foundations in Los Angeles.  She researched and performed due diligence on potential grantees for three foundations, made funding recommendations, and coordinated overall grants management.  She managed relationships with a diverse network of grantees and clients, conducted analysis on various organizations and issues, and prepared a wide variety of client reports.

Previously, Ms. O’Leary worked at the Norfolk County Commissioners’ Office in Massachusetts, where she served as Regional Services Assistant.  In this capacity, she organized and conducted meetings with local business and municipal officials and served as a liaison between the county and member communities to provide resources for regional projects.

She received her B.A. in Political Science and M.A. in Comparative Politics from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. As a college student, she studied abroad in Egypt and Ireland, where she also interned in the Irish Parliament.  She was an active volunteer as part of Northeastern’s Circle K International community service group.  Currently, she is a volunteer leader serving on the Young Professional Fundraising Committee for Break the Cycle.
