Our work is rooted in a theory of change: empowering grantmakers and nonprofit agencies to increase their capacity to seize opportunities, address challenges, and position themselves for the future.

If we:

  • Conduct an in-depth analysis of the issues and organizational background
  • Identify the core issues and unforeseen opportunities
  • Engage key Board and staff leadership in developing solutions and approaches
  • Design a process leading to behavioral and structural change
  • Maintain focus on clear benchmarks
  • Identify adequate and sustainable resources and strengthen internal capacity

Then:

  • Organizations will be poised for lasting change that enhances their ability to serve their constituents and achieve their missions.
