We lead organizations through a process of facilitated change, working closely with the organization’s staff and Board leadership. Our goal is to build organizational capacity to ensure sustainability, effective operations, and fulfillment of mission in the community.
We play the role of supporting nonprofit organizations during times of significant organizational change including leadership transitions, organizational growth or contraction, shift to a new organizational life cycle, or culture shifts to diversifying income streams.
We work in the following areas:
- Fundraising: raising support from the private sector including foundations, corporations, and individuals
- Capital Campaigns: developing fundraising campaigns to bring organizations to the next level of effectiveness
- Strategic Planning: leading realistic organizational planning with the buy-in from senior staff and Board members
- Board and Staff Development: strengthening the effectiveness and engagement of volunteer and staff leaders
- Executive Search: recruiting talent to fill vacancies in the management team and development department
- Retreats: planning and facilitating participatory retreats with staff and/or Board members that lead to decision making
